How to use Malwarebytes to remove malware and spyware on your system

Once you have downloaded Malwarebytes intall it and check for updates

Once installed follow the following steps to check for threats.

Step 1 – Double click on the Malwarebytes icon on the desktop

Step 2 – Click the update button

Step 3 – Click on the check for updates button 

Step 4 – Once the updates have finished click on the ok button

Step 5 – Sometimes malwarebytes will close after an update. Redo steps 1 to 3 then select Perform Quick scan and click the scan button

Step 6 – Once the scan has completed the following message will be displayed if you have any infections. Click the ok button to continue

Step 7 –  remove the listed malware by clicking on the remove    selected button

Step 8 – A report will be displayed in a text format. Click on the red cross in the top right corner. You will now be returned to the main page

You may need to run the scan more then once. if you do get any threats then it would be best to do a full scan off your system.
